Getting Started

Welcome to the new One Profession, and this, the first news item published by OP. This is the beginning for a news feed provided by OP to help provide a journal for up-coming events and news affecting the site.

At the moment, as you’ll have no doubt seen, we are in the middle of developing the site. We will release functionality as we go, so that progress can be seen and to allow us to get feedback on your thoughts. As things develop, we hope you’ll get involved and start to make the site yours.

So what can be expected? The plan is to get the site released in a functional but basic form, to get a feel for the desired features, but more importantly to let us concentrate on Genesis. This we hope to complete for the end of November.

Genesis, our state of the art personal development application, will be ready for early 2010. This will be the first full release, functional and stable. Once launched, we’ll spend time developing the improvements suggested by your for the site and genesis as quickly as we can.

We hope that you look forward to the site kicking off fully and getting involved in whatever way you wish to.
